ANNA. Furniture Concept Art Part 1

While coming up with the story for ANNA, The team and I were discussing ideas for Anna’s family background. Some people wanted her to be African-American, other members suggested that she could be of Asian decent. In the end we all agreed to make her ethnicity Native American. This meant that the interior design of her family home should reflect her heritage. So I designed some furniture that they may own, including baskets, tables, televisions and a sofa.

Some of the furniture such as the sofa and baskets were traced from real images. This was done to in order to compose the best shapes while making the process more efficient. Many objects went through iterations such as the tables and T.Vs, with changes to the shapes and patterns.
